5 Ways your business can celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month

We have 5 ideas in which you and your coworkers could celebrate this month:

· Put on a Buffet with typical dishes

There are countless dishes within the Hispanic community that you can offer to your coworkers in a Buffet style meal. You can order food at a Hispanic restaurant or hire a catering service and offer dishes such as Tacos, Arepas, Empanadas, Ceviche or any typical dish from their region. It will be a Latino banquet, ¡buen provecho!

· Put up an exhibition

Ask your coworkers to bring representative objects, photographs, paintings of their country to display them in a space in your business and share them with everyone who passes by. ¡Bienvenido a Latinoamerica!

· Hora del Mariachi

Put on a small concert by hiring a Hispanic singer (it doesn't necessarily have to be Luis Miguel) there are very good options like a Cumbia band or Mariachi that represent the Latin rhythms quite well. They will surely make everyone sing and dance!

· Learn to speak Español

Dedicate a word or sentence a day and send it by email or post it at the entrance of your business with the purpose of using it with your coworkers during the day, at the end of the month they will realize that they learned a lot of this language in a very fun way.

· Set up a party
